Lodge Corporate’s highly experienced Equity Capital Markets team works closely with corporate clients in preparing for and executing various levels of transactions. It endeavours to structure and lead manage equity and equity linked transactions in Australia and internationally. With an average of 6 transactions per year, Lodge Corporate prides itself in delivering quality transactions tailored to our wholesale/institutional clients.

At-The-Market

We offer Securities Vault’s ‘Stand-By’ equity facility, which structured in a similar format to a US ATM facility, enables listed companies to direct the capital raising process, providing discretion on anything from pricing and quantity to timing. Our facility doesn’t interfere with the issuing company’s power to forge its own destiny.
